We also want to find ways for you to better manage your caring role while looking after your own health and wellbeing. We offer a variety of opportunities for carers to come together:

You can meet a member of our team for a face-to-face chat at one of our carer clinics. These offer an opportunity for you to meet in a private and safe environment to chat about how we can support you in your caring role. We have different locations and days across Adur and Worthing.
