We also want to find ways for you to better manage your caring role while looking after your own health and wellbeing. You can meet a member of our team for a face-to-face chat at one of our carer groups. Our groups are open to people registered with us, to meet and chat with other carers and to access information and support from one of our local carer wellbeing workers.
