Carer Discount Card | Carers Support West Sussex

Carers Support West Sussex and local businesses in West Sussex have formed an exciting partnership to offer family and friend carers in the county a range of exclusive offers and discounts.

The aim of this scheme is to promote the health and wellbeing of carers whilst alleviating some of the financial strain that is often placed upon them by their role. It also supports Carers Support West Sussex’s aspirations of creating a carer friendly community.

Who can apply for the discount card?

The criteria for card eligibility are:

Living in West Sussex
Already registered as a carer with Carers Support West Sussex. If you’d like to register with us, click here.
Family or friend carer
Young carers – through WSCC Young Carers

How to apply for a discount card?

If you are already registered with us please contact us via email at info@carerssupport.org.uk to request a card.

If you are not registered with us please complete our online registration form here or contact us on 0300 028 8888.

How to use your discount card

Once you have received your discount card, you will be able to use it at the businesses listed in the directory. In order to provide proof of your membership, you will need to show the retailer your card, so remember to always have it with you.

Recommend a business

Do you know a business who would like to join this wonderful initiative? The businesses supporting the scheme can demonstrate their recognition and value the contribution unpaid carers make, while receiving promotion of their business to our carer network.

To connect us with the business, please either ask the business to get in contact with Carers Support West Sussex or supply the details yourself. We are always looking to increase our network of local business.

Terms and Conditions

Cards can only be used by one carer
Each Carer in the household will need to register with Carers Support West Sussex to receive their own card
Cards are valid for 3 years
Businesses will offer a discount as described in the directory, but on occasion some businesses will offer one off/ short term additional offers to Carer Discount Card holders which will be communicated to you via email
Carers Support West Sussex are not endorsing the services or products included in this scheme.
